Step-by-Step Guide Through Shopping at the E-shop PROMOLOG s.r.o.
1. User registration
As we cooperate only with B2B customers – advertising agencies and promotional products distributors, we want to set up the best conditions and functions of the e-shop. From this reason the registration is necessary for your shopping. Among advantages of being registered you can count possibility to get action offers, control the status of your orders or simple order the goods without the need to enter your delivery details repeatedly. You can register by clicking on the link “Register” in Log In in the top right corner of the e-shop. After your registration you will receive the confirmation of request for registration. We will activate your account no later than the next business day. Wait for the email with the confirmation of your account registration. After logging in (Log In) you will see your name, company details and commercial conditions in the User portal. In the portal you will find a list of your orders, invoices, shopping lists etc. All functions of the User portal are described in our article Useful Functions of the E-shop or How to Shop Effectively.
2. Selecting the goods
Goods for purchase can be selected by browsing through product categories and sub-categories of the e-shop where you can use filters, or alternatively by using the Search function. Goods in product categories can be ordered by different criteria such as price or product name, thus making the search simpler.
3. Shopping cart
Throughout your shopping a virtual shopping cart is available for you where you can add goods which you want to purchase. By clicking on the button Buy at each product you are putting the goods into the shopping cart. In the e-shop top right corner it is displayed how many items have been added to the cart. By clicking the number of items or Order button you will enter the shopping cart where you can sort the goods and order them.
4. Ordering the products
The order of the products consists of a few steps: 1. Cart: here you can edit the items and add an attachment or a remark to your order. 2. Delivery information: Here you can enter a delivery address. 3. Transport: Here you can see the mode of transport and the transport price and payment options. 4. Summary: Here you can check your complete order. By clicking the button Send order your order has been sent for processing. Between the steps you can move by clicking the button Go to… in the bottom part of the screen. After the successful submitting of your order you will receive an email with the confirmation of acceptance of the order.
